We are hiring for the Civil Site Supervisor for Aurangabad on the third-party payroll

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee all on-site civil construction activities.

You will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural and structural

plans to life, ensuring that the project is built safely, to specification, and on schedule.

The successful candidate will act as the primary technical anchor on-site, bridging the gap between the design office and the construction crew.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution & Surveying

- Site Setting Out: Accurately set out lines, levels, and grades for earthworks, foundations, and structural elements using surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, Auto- Level).
- Drawing Verification: Interpret and cross-check architectural and structural drawings, resolving any discrepancies before execution begins.
- Material Calculations: Calculate required quantities for concrete, steel (rebar), aggregate, and other civil materials to minimize waste and ensure timely procurement.

Quality & Construction Management

- Execution Oversight: Supervise critical civil activities, including excavation, formwork, rebar tying, and concrete pouring, ensuring adherence to structural codes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct in office testing and inspections (e.g., concrete slump tests, soil compaction tests) and verify that all delivered materials meet project specifications.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations of subcontractors and tradespeople, providing clear technical guidance and ensuring their work aligns with quality standards.

Safety & Reporting

- HSE Compliance: Strictly enforce site safety protocols, ensuring all workers use proper scaffolding, shoring, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed daily site logs, track weather conditions, record workforce hours, and document any design alterations or unforeseen site challenges (e.g., hitting bedrock or groundwater).
- Progress Tracking: Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Manager, highlighting milestones achieved and potential risks to the project timeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on site experience in civil construction projects.
- Technical Skills:

High proficiency in using surveying equipment (Total Station, Auto-level).

Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex structural blueprints and rebar detailing, BBS,

Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, PPT & Excel reports.

- Soft Skills:

Excellent spatial awareness and analytical problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership capabilities to manage diverse labor teams effectively.

Ability to make rapid, technically sound decisions under pressure.

Working Conditions

- Predominantly site-based role involving prolonged standing, walking over uneven terrain, and working in various weather conditions.
- Exposure to typical construction site environments (dust, noise, heavy machinery).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends during critical project phases
