Roles and Responsibilities

The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the learning center. The role includes managing class schedules, coordinating instructor activities, and ensuring smooth execution of abacus and related programs. The Center Manager will handle parent inquiries, student enrollments, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. This position also involves monitoring service quality, implementing center policies, and supporting local marketing and outreach efforts to grow enrollments. The Center Manager will lead the center team, ensure a safe and organized setting, and regularly report performance metrics to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

Robust center management and organizational skills, including handling schedules, records, and day-to-day operations.

Experience in team coordination, staff supervision,



and building a collaborative, learner-focused workplace.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.

Basic education administration, preferably in after-school programs or skill development centers.

Comfort with using computers and digital tools for reporting, data entry, and communication.

Ability to work full time on-site in Nagpur, maintain punctuality, and uphold professional conduct.

Bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in education or training centers is an advantage.

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
