Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are ready to deepen their financial expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute daily accounting tasks and financial activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and statements with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Operate and manage financial systems and software, particularly Tally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST laws and ensure compliance in all financial operations.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.





Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in commerce from a reputed university in India.
- Residency in Vadodara with the ability to work full-time at our Vadodara office.
- 1-2 years of qualified experience in a finance-related role.
- Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of GST laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good grasp on written and spoken English.
- Postgraduate degree in MBA Finance or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
