Requirements:

- Proven experience of 1+ year as an anesthetist or anesthesiologist in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.
- Robust knowledge of anesthesia drugs, dosing, side effects, and interactions.
- Excellent decision-making skills under pressure and ability to manage high-stress clinical situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities





- Evaluate patients prior to surgery to determine appropriate anesthesia plans
- Administer local, regional, or general anesthesia
- Monitor patients vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels) during procedures
- Adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Manage airway and breathing throughout surgical procedures
- Provide pain management and post-operative care
- Respond to medical emergencies such as allergic reactions or complications
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and anesthesia documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
