Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Scrum principles and practices. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project timelines. Coach team members on Scrum framework and best practices. Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.Job Requirements Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Experience working with public services or government projects is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
