Role & responsibilities

- Review fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

- Plan and monitor daily fabrication activities (cutting, drilling, fit-up, welding, assembly).

- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality as per approved drawings.

- Supervise welding activities and ensure compliance with WPS standards.

- Coordinate NDT inspections (UT, RT, DPT, etc.) when required.

- Maintain production reports and material reconciliation statements.

- Coordinate dispatch of fabricated materials to project sites.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards in workshop operations.

- Support cost control and productivity improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with erection team for smooth project execution.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals in Structural Steel Fabrication for building and industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication planning, production control, quality assurance, coordination with site teams, and timely delivery of structural steel components.

Experience Required:

- Fabrication Manager: 10 to 15 Years

- Fabrication Engineer: 4 to 8 Years
