Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the BFSI industry.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

- Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 4-30 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through creative selling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as insurance, banking, mutual funds, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
