Role Overview:

Experienced Project Manager to lead Generative BI (Gen BI) / AI-driven transformation projects with end-to-end delivery ownership, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Strong expertise in AI/GenAI project delivery, BI ecosystems, governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery leadership.

- Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, planning, estimation, schedule, milestones, budgeting, governance (WSR/MSR/QBR), KPI, RAID, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests
- Drive Agile-Scrum / Hybrid delivery models, manage cross-functional teams, and independently handle client engagements
- Define project KPIs, governance standards, delivery metrics, and risk mitigation plans
- Manage client, delivery, architecture, and business stakeholders independently for teams of 2540 members
- Experience in client communication, solution workshops,



pre-sales support, and executive reporting
- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and delivery ownership skills
- Strong experience managing Generative AI, AI/ML, Data, and Digital Transformation projects in enterprise environments
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, and conversational AI solutions
- Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, vector databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and data workflows
- Experience with technologies/platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Semantic Search, Copilot, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar ecosystems
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, security, compliance, and Responsible AI governance practices
- Exposure to LLM-powered use cases, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, Copilot/Conversational AI, Power BI/Tableau, ETL/ELT, and SQL fundamentals
- AI / GenAI certifications preferred
