Role & responsibilities

- Creating Drawings: Preparing detailed drawings of buildings, structures, road, and other civil engineering projects from sketches, notes, or data.
- Interpreting Designs: Studying and understanding design specifications, calculations, and instructions provided by engineers.
- Using Drawing Tools: Utilizing both manual drawing instruments and computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings.
- Ensuring Accuracy: Ensuring that drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Calculating Dimensions: Calculating dimensions, preparing schedules, and estimating costs for materials and labor.
- Communicating with Engineers: Collaborating with civil engineers and other professionals to ensure the drawings effectively convey design intent.

Preferred candidate profile

Worked on residential, commercial,



and industrial construction projects.

- Proficiency in CAD software: Solid skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant CAD programs.
- Technical drawing skills: Ability to create detailed and accurate technical drawings.
- Understanding of engineering principles: Knowledge of civil engineering concepts and practices.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy and meticulousness in creating and reviewing drawings.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve design issues.
- Communication and teamwork skills: Effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
