- Ensure supplier compliance with sustainability and environmental standards.
- Monitor water, chemical, and waste management practices.
- Conduct factory audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance records and audit reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer compliance requirements.
- Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sustainability or compliance within a Buying House or Export House.
- Strong knowledge of chemical management, water management, environmental compliance, and sustainability standards such as Sedex, SMETA, BSCI, ZDHC, and ISO 14001.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
