We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of inbound and/or outbound telephone calls and other customer contact methods.

Roles and Responsibility

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and/or outbound telephone calls and other customer contact methods.
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
- Provide feedback and formal education to individuals on the phone.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality results.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Hindi language.
