- Understanding the RFQ/Customer requirement & proposing the right design concept
- Review of prepared detailed layout scheme & technical proposal
- Review of prepared BOM/cost estimation/cycle time diagram/documentation
- Negotiation & finalization of order
- Ensuring Documentation
- Also scan the market & Business Development
- On time submission of Techno commercial proposal which includes Layout scheme, Technical write up, BOM, Quotation
- Converting RFQ into order
- Meeting customer requirements and adhering to standards
- Meeting the order acquisition targets
- Acquiring recent customers
- Participating in all phases of the project management process: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
- Scheduling and conducting project meetings, communicating assignments and expectations to project team members, and tracking the completion of deliverables to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related outputs.
- Communicating project information to stakeholders, including Customer, Management, Design, Assembly, Testing, Vendor, QC, and QA teams.
- Designing and monitoring checklists, creating presentations, reviewing and editing project deliverables,



and maintaining the project information repository.
- Resolving project conflicts, identifying resource requirements, and aligning the project team on project scope.
- Observing existing project management practices and proposing improvements to enhance process efficiency.
- Ensuring that projects are effectively planned, well-organized, and executed according to defined objectives.
- Understands factory automation components (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotics, conveyors) at a practical, project-level.
- Coordinates cross-functional automation projects from concept to commissioning.
- Reads and references electrical and mechanical drawings (schematics, P&IDs;, BOMs) to verify interfaces.
- Tracks progress with data and KPIs (schedule, budget, risk, and performance metrics like OEE).
- Uses project tools (MS Project or Jira) and Excel for reporting; basic data skills are a plus.
- Collaborates using Jira/Confluence or similar tools; maintains a central document repository.
- Coordinates with vendors and software teams; understands changes and version control.
