- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.

- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

- Experience with application monitoring and incident management tools.

- Capability to document technical issues and solutions clearly for future reference.
