Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown, Hydraulics, CNC maintenance.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment failures.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and improve equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, and inventory.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain documentation.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and modifications.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians and engineers.
