Role & responsibilities

- Promote and sell STEELBOY agricultural machinery, including Rotavators, Laser Land Levelers, and other farm equipment.
- Generate new business opportunities by visiting dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, perks, and technical specifications.
- Identify new dealers and expand the company's sales network in assigned territories.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and daily reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and dealers.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the service department.
- Promote the company's brand image and maintain professional relationships with customers.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 15 years of experience in agricultural machinery, tractor implements, or farm equipment sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Good knowledge of the local agricultural market, dealers, and farmer network.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM applications).
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence.
- Honest, self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Rotavators, Laser Land Levelers, and other agricultural implements will be an added advantage.
