IT Support Engineer / EUSG Support Coimbatore Immediate Joiners Only

Job Description

We are hiring for an IT Support Engineer / End User Support Engineer for our Coimbatore location.

The candidate will be responsible for providing L1/L2 IT support to end users, troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, Windows OS issues, printer/scanner issues, basic network/VPN connectivity issues, and handling IT support tickets.

This is an onsite role and we are looking for immediate joiners only.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support for end users.
Troubleshoot Windows desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Handle basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP issues.
Work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / ITSM / Remedy / Freshservice / Jira.
Support Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and common business applications.
Handle IT asset movement, inventory tracking, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain SLA, prepare reports, and ensure proper ticket closure.




Handle escalations and provide timely resolution to users.
Work in rotational shifts / 24x7 support environment.

The JD also highlights ServiceNow incident/problem/change management, system and network troubleshooting, printer support, asset movement, reporting, escalation handling, rotational shifts, and 4+ years of end-user IT support experience.
