Job Description for Quality Document Reviewer

Key competencies:

- Hands on experience in Fabrication & Inspection of Mechanical components & Pressure vessels
- Experience in Fabrication & Inspection procedures (Material hardness Test, NDE, Hydraulic Test, Weld maps, Heat Treatments & Painting)
- Knowledge in Welding Processes and step by- step procedure in Welding of pressure parts
- Knowledge in Materials & Specifications
- Valuable knowledge in ASME Sections / ASTM and AWS Standards
- Real time experience in Weld Testing & Inspection of Structural, piping & and Pressure Equipment and relevant acceptance Criteria
- Good in Engineering Drawing Reading
- Good in communication to work with USA clients
- Exposure to equipment handling (Lifting & Shipping)
- Knowledge of preparing / understanding WPS, WPQ and PQR

Qualification:

BE in Mechanical Engineering / Production Technology / Industrial Engg / Manufacturing Engg / Material Engg)

Certification in Engineering Metrology” and Welding Inspector Training will be additional advantage

Years of Experience:

5~8 Years in Inspection & Quality Control, mainly of Welds
