About the role

We are seeking a highly capable IT Applications Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Rippling, and mandatory hands-on administration of JIRA. This role will own end-to-end administration of collaboration, identity, HRIS, and workflow systems, ensuring seamless integration across IT and business operations.

What youll do

Microsoft 365 Administration

- Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams
- Handle user lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, license management
- Configure Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
- Implement security & compliance: DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery
- Troubleshoot mail flow, Teams issues,



and access problems

Rippling Administration

- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions
- Automate IT provisioning workflows
- Maintain SaaS integrations
- Ensure HR and IT system alignment
- Partner with HR for automation and efficiency

JIRA Administration

- Configure projects, workflows, issue types, schemes, permissions
- Optimize workflows for IT, HR, and business teams
- Manage roles, groups, and access control
- Customize dashboards, reports, automation rules
- Integrate JIRA with other systems
- Support ITSM processes
- Handle upgrades, plugins, and performance tuning

Integration & Automation

- Design automation across Rippling, Office 365, and JIRA
- Implement SCIM / API-based provisioning
- Reduce manual effort through workflow automation

Security & Compliance

- Enforce IAM best practices
- Monitor audit logs and respond to incidents
- Ensure compliance with policies

Support & Operations

- Provide L2/L3 support
- Troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders

What We re Looking For

- 5 6 years experience in IT systems administration
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Rippling, and JIRA (mandatory)
- Knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA
- Experience with workflow automation, APIs, SCIM
- PowerShell scripting
- Solid troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101)
- Atlassian certifications
- Experience in hybrid environments
- ITSM framework exposure

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving ability
- Process-oriented thinking
- Good communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with Slack, Google Workspace
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Basic scripting (Python/Bash)
