We are looking for an experienced Tender Estimation Qualified to join KCC Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. at our Gurugram office in Lead role.

Position: General Manager Tender Estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Tender Estimation team for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare accurate pre-cost estimates in line with bid requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and analyse project drawings.
- Prepare estimates in compliance with NHAI standards, MORTH Specifications, and IRC Codes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and competitive bid submissions.
- Support estimation activities for National Highways, Railways, and Airport projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B. Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 18+ years of experience in pre-estimation/tender estimation for NHAI projects.
- Strong knowledge of MORTH Specifications, IRC Codes, and NHAI bidding standards.
- Proven experience in handling and mentoring a team of tender professionals.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can join on short notice will be preferred.
