We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AM - Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Promote the organization's image as a desirable place to work.
- Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
- Recommend placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
- Refer applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests, check references, conduct exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Assist with job advertising and posting.
- Coordinate daily operations and oversee the implementation of short to medium term activities within the team.
- Deliver input to policies, processes, and standards, where decisions are tactical and operational within a defined scope.




- Manage a mixed team of Specialist and Support jobs, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Job Requirements

- Advanced knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Ability to participate in/lead the development of new solutions/projects and share best practices and advice with coworkers.
- Experience in generating own workload and outlining directions to others, while also supervising and coordinating lower-level specialists.
- Solid understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
