We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Voice Coach to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in voice coaching or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Deliver training materials, including presentations, guides, manuals, and course evaluations.
- Coordinate training schedules based on requirements.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to meet business needs.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their communication skills.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of customer experience management and CRM principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with training and development delivery is preferred.
- Familiarity with support technologies and processes.
- A professional/university degree is required.
