Role Objective

- Identify, map, and pursue high-potential enterprise and corporate business opportunities across sectors including corporates, institutions, hospitality, healthcare, education, and large commercial establishments.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement heads, administration teams, corporate buyers, facility managers, architects, consultants, and influencers.
- Drive corporate tie-ups, enterprise onboarding, and strategic account acquisition for long-term business growth.
- Generate business opportunities through client meetings, networking, referrals, presentations, and field engagement activities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities,



competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry trends.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal submission, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets along with pipeline development and key account growth metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance, service, and supply chain to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
- Maintain regular MIS reports on client interactions, sales funnel, prospect tracking, closures, and market updates.
