You'll make a difference by:

- Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and timely execution with highest standards of quality.
- Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
- Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements).
- Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions daily.
- Flexible working in shifts (including night shifts) and split/rotational weekly offs.

Your success is grounded in:

- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in MS Office tools (emails, excel & power point).
- Willing to work & deliberate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Manage time effectively and adhere to quick turnaround times, deadlines, KPIs.
- Valuable team player, quick learner, flexible to work based on deadline-based tasks.

This role is based in Bangalore. But you'll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you'll need to go where this journey takes you.
