; Key Responsibilities

; Create and review shop drawings/designs ensuring accuracy and constructability.

; Work with project teams to incorporate client markups/redlines and ensure compliance with U.S. codes and standards.

; Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.

; Ensure models are aligned with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

; Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects.

; Required Skills & Qualifications

; 10+ years of experience in BIM/Revit modeling.

; Proven experience working on U.S. residential projects.

; Hands-on experience working with multiple materials, including:
