Job Requirements

- Proven experience in instructional design,



focusing on adult learning principles and e-learning development.

- Strong understanding of instructional design models, such as ADDIE or SAM.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora, is highly desirable.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform instructional design decisions and optimize learning outcomes.

- Robust knowledge of educational technologies, including learning management systems and social media platforms.
