JOB Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and controlling to lead and support finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes, extensive implementation experience, and the ability to work with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance / Controlling implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure and support: GL, AP, AR, Asset/ Cost/Profit Accounting, CO-PA, Internal Order/ WBS
- Design and support Financial Closing processes.
- Configure and manage: Current GL, Document Splitting, Taxation and Withholding Tax
- Work closely with business users to identify process improvements and best practices.




- Provide documentation including configuration documents, business process documents, and training manuals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

Required Skill & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling experience.
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Experience in SAP Fiori applications related to Finance / Controlling
- Experience in business process analysis and solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry projects preferred
- Prior experience with SAP Grow will be regarded as an added advantage.
