We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Project Management professional with 15+ years of experience to lead our team as the Head - Project Management Office in Siemens, preferably with a background in Electrical Engineering.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee EPC substation projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in PMO leadership role.
- Robust understanding of Solution Portfolio and EPC business model.
- Experience in managing EPC substation projects (MV/EHV AIS/GIS).
- Preferred certification includes MBA / PMP / PgMP / equivalent certification.
- PM@Siemens Project Manager Certification (minimum C Level) is preferred.
