As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting our growth initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members, contribute fresh ideas, and be expected to take full ownership of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify leads and business opportunities

Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn

Create and assist with sales presentations,



proposals, and follow-ups

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client requirements

Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage the sales pipeline

Take full ownership of tasks and demonstrate a self-starter mindset

Education: MBA student

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Drive: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Personality: Creative, energetic, positive attitude, and a strong team player

Learning Mindset: Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts as per team requirements
