Role Overview

The selected candidate will steer the complete, end-to-end manufacturing process of technical textile (polyester tyre cord fabric). We are looking forward for a comprehensive technical leader & expert with hands-on experience and deep knowledge across Spinning, Twisting, Weaving, and Dipping operations. The role ensures high-volume production targets are met while maintaining strict safety, quality, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production Operations

- Process Management: Supervise and optimize the entire tire cord manufacturing line:
- Spinning: High-tenacity yarn extrusion and drawing.
- Twisting: Cabling and twisting operations to meet cord specifications.
- Weaving: Air-jet or specialized weaving for tire cord fabric.
- Dipping: RFL (Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex) adhesive coating and heat-setting.

- Planning & Execution: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to meet production goals on time.
- Efficiency Optimization: Maximize machine utilization, streamline workflows, and eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with PPC, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Stores.





Quality Assurance & Cost Control

- Quality Standards: Ensure strict adherence to physical properties, adhesion levels, GSM, width, and shrinkage parameters.
- Defect Reduction: Minimize waste, yarn rejections, dipping scraps, and customer complaints.
- Utility Control: Optimize chemical, polymer, steam, water, and electricity consumption.

Team Leadership & Maintenance

- Floor Management: Lead, train, and motivate shift in-charges, supervisors, and operators.
- Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate machine shutdowns and preventive care to minimize downtime.

Candidate Requirements

- Core Experience: Mandatory background in Technical Textiles / Tire Cord Fabric manufacturing.
- Technical Expertise: Direct exposure to industrial yarn spinning, twisting machines, tire cord looms, and dipping lines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large floor teams in a structured workplace.
