Role Summary

We are seeking a Duty Doctor to provide On-site Medical Supervision, Patient Monitoring and Emergency Response within the Arigato Wellness facility. The role involves supporting the physiotherapy and rehabilitation team, assessing patients pre- and post-treatment, handling medical concerns, and ensuring hospital safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide round-the-check medical support to patients within the hospital.
- Conduct Initial assessments and routine follow-ups for walk-in and admitted patients.
- Handle emergency situations, stabilize patients, and escalate to specialists if required.




- Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists, specialist consultants, and Rehab Specialists.
- Review patient case histories, visits, and treatment progress regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, or minor procedures as per protocol.
- Minimum accurate and timely documentation of all hospital activities.
- Communicate updates to families and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
- Ensure adherence to hospital standards, infection control, and safety guidelines.
- Support patient education on health, rehabilitation, and post-operative care.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college / institution.
- Valid Karnataka Medical Council registration.
- 1-3 years of Hospital experience in hospitals, clinics or rehabilitation centres preferred.
- Exposures to Post-Operative, or Rehabilitation settings is a plus.
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
