About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Administrator to join our global IT & Infrastructure team. This role is critical to ensuring the robustness, security, and efficiency of our server environments and virtual infrastructure, supporting a fast-paced SaaS telecommunications platform that powers Telcos worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, English-proficient communicator with excellent writing and documentation skills. You will play a supporting role in maintaining Linux systems, managing VMware environments, supporting cloud infrastructure, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to support the organizations technology roadmap.

Required skills

- 5+ years of experience in Linux systems administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter environments.
- Knowledge of managing Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 services.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services especially VPC setup, networking, IAM, and security configurations would be helpful.




- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise technical documentation and SOPs.
- Robust troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience with RedHat systems administration, including patching, SELinux, and performance tuning.
- VMware ESXi and vSphere knowledge, including cluster optimization, storage configuration, and automation.
- Microsoft Active Directory and O365 management skills, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and group policy enforcement.
- Some familiarity with AWS Cloud Services (especially VPC, IAM, and EC2 networking).
- Exposure to ISO/IEC 27001 standards and best practices for secure infrastructure management.
