Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling products/services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on night shifts from Monday to Saturday (with Sunday off).
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
