- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Admixture products within the assigned territory.
- Develop business with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, infrastructure projects, builders, contractors, developers and precast manufacturers.
- Identify and convert new project opportunities by promoting concrete admixture solutions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with consultants, structural engineers, architects, project management consultants (PMCs) and key decision-makers.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and site trials to showcase product performance.
- Coordinate with the technical services team to ensure successful product application and customer satisfaction.
- Track upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and generate a strong sales pipeline.
- Appoint, develop and support distributors/dealers to expand market coverage.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations and close sales orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order execution, payment collection and receivables management.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide effective after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales forecasts, project status and market intelligence through CRM/MIS.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical Services, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and business ethics.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and drive business growth.
