Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels to drive business growth.
- Cross-sell/up-sell existing products or services to existing customers to increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and building relationships with them.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
- Solid skills in cross selling, lead generation, outbound sales, upselling, and upselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
