Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Google AdWords campaigns, including ad copywriting, budget management, and targeting settings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the advertising process and implement changes accordingly.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in a similar role within the internet industry.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
