Role : BY /JDA Project Manager Role

Location : Remote - Pan India

Exp Level - 8 + & Above

Mandatory : BY/JDA - WMS & BY /JDA TMS with Project Management Exp in Supply chain Domain

Skills : We are seeking a motivated and delivery-focused Project Manager with a valuable functional and technical understanding of Supply Chain Execution, particularly Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience supporting or leading BY TMS/WMS implementations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain Execution implementation projects involving BY TMS or WMS solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams across global locations.
- Establish strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, escalations, and delivery oversight.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges proactively, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while implementing recovery plans when necessary.
- Facilitate collaboration among customer teams, solution architects, technical consultants and integration teams.




- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and travel expense management.
- Monitor project health through governance forums, status reporting, and executive steering committee meetings.
- Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative project execution.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience managing Supply Chain Execution projects, specifically Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Execution processes, transportation planning, warehouse operations, logistics execution, and order fulfillment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management methodologies, sprint planning, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and optimize team capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.
- PMP, CSM Certified
