Screening Criteria - Must Have

- 5-7 years of contract management experience on outsourcing / BPO / IT services contracts
- Hands-on obligation management and contract change-control experience
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
- Strong drafting, documentation, and analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Team-handling / supervisory experience

Nice to Have

- Law degree or WorldCC / IACCM certification
- Experience in a VMO / third-party governance organization
- SLA credit and remedy administration experience
- Dispute resolution / renegotiation support experience

Qualified Experience

- 5-7 years of proven experience in contract analysis, administration, and management, with direct experience on outsourcing / BPO / IT services contracts




- Strong working knowledge of outsourcing contract structures - MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, pricing schedules, and governance schedules
- Demonstrated experience with obligation management, contract compliance tracking, and contract change management
- Team leadership or supervisory experience; experience in a governance / VMO environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; contract management qualification (WorldCC/IACCM) an advantage

Skills & Capabilities

- Proficiency in contract management (CLM) tools and software; comfortable owning tool data quality
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements affecting outsourcing agreements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills; meticulous attention to detail
- Strong drafting and communication skills across legal, procurement, and business audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups under tight deadlines
