We are looking for an experienced Automotive Ethernet Engineer with strong expertise in C++ development, Automotive Ethernet technologies, and real-time operating systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and validating Automotive Ethernet software solutions for next-generation automotive platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with networking protocols, multi-threaded application development, protocol analysis, and debugging in Linux and QNX environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Automotive Ethernet software components for embedded automotive platforms.
- Design, implement, and optimize networking applications using modern C++.
- Develop software supporting TCP/IP communication and multi-threaded applications.
- Implement and validate Automotive Ethernet and AVB protocol functionalities.
- Perform protocol analysis, packet capture, and debugging using Wireshark and tcpdump.
- Work on software development in QNX and Linux operating systems.
- Create and maintain software design documentation using Enterprise Architect (EA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, integration, testing, and validation.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.




- Troubleshoot and resolve software and communication-related issues.

Required Skills

- 3–8 years of experience in embedded or automotive software development.
- Strong programming skills in C++; knowledge of C is preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols and multi-threaded application development.
- Hands-on experience with Automotive Ethernet (IEEE 802.3u/802.3ab).
- Experience with AVB protocols (IEEE 802.1AS).
- Strong working knowledge of QNX and Linux operating systems.
- Experience using Wireshark and tcpdump for protocol analysis and debugging.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect (EA).
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automotive communication stacks and embedded networking.
- Exposure to automotive software development processes and standards.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Knowledge of Python scripting for automation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
