About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting, financial planning, banking operations, compliance, MIS reporting, and internal financial controls. The role requires solid analytical skills and hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and indirect taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage budgeting, financial forecasting & variance analysis

* Handle OD/CC reconciliation, loan servicing & bank coordination

* Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance & audit support

* Maintain ledgers, journals, AR/AP in Tally/ERP

* Monitor cash flow, receivable ageing & vendor payments

* Prepare MIS reports (P&L;, balance sheet,



cash flow)

* Conduct cost analysis & support CAPEX evaluation

* Perform vendor & customer reconciliations (B2B/institutional)

Eligibility:

* B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA preferred

* 5+ years experience in accounting & taxation

* Strong skills in Tally, MS Excel, MIS & bank documentation

* Knowledge of costing, compliance & audit processes
