Role & responsibilities
- Copper rod physical verification like diameter, tensile, elongation.
- Surface oxygen, Oxygen, Hydrogen,
- Impurities by spark analyser.
- Liquide samples & IPA using gas chromatography.
- Wire drawing and aneling to verify the electrical conductivity of 2mm road.
Competency:
One must be ready & competent to do wire drawing and above tests
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 years-8 years
Location- Mundra
Instrument Knowledge required- Gas chromatography, Spark spectroscopy, Sulphur Oxygen and hydrogen analyzer
Experience in Testing Aluminum rod will also be preferred.
