Roles and responsiblities

• Attending breakdowns with quick response & restoring

machineries back in operation with minimum downtime.

• To reduce Mean time to repair & Improve Mean time to

between failure.

• To able to Maintain the VMC, CNC & HONING, MOLDING,

SPM Machines.

• To Perform scheduled TBM, CBM & Equipment calibration

Activities.

• To Reduction of R&M; cost through design change and

localization & Alternate source development.

• To Diagnose & trouble shoot in CNC & SPM Machines

• Co-Ordinate with production team to plan and implement

the maintenance schedules & Process improvement.





• Carrying out detailed Breakdown analysis (FTD & WHY-

WHY Analysis) for sorting out issues

• Ensuring the proper data collection to improve the

machine availability.

Nature of Experience:

• Hands on Experience in CNC (VMC, HMC, GRINDING,

TURNING) & SPM Machines.

• Hands on Experience in HONING, INJECTION MOLDING &

SPM Machines.

• Good knowledge in Machine part assembly like Ball

screw, LM guide, Spindle, Turret & ATC

• Hands on experience & Positive knowledge in Hydraulics &

Pneumatics system

• Hands on Experience in Machinery, Hydraulics &

Pneumatics drawings

• Hands on Experience in MTTR &MTBF; and other audit

Documents.
