Solution & Platform Governance

Lead technology evaluations, POCs, integrations, and implementation frameworks across retail, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and CRM ecosystems.

Adoption & Value Realization

Monitor application adoption, measure ROI, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to maximize value from technology investments.

Vendor & Budget Management

Manage technology partners, contracts, licenses, and service delivery through effective governance, SLA management, and cost optimization.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead business transformation projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive an agile, customer-centric, innovation-led technology culture.
