Role & responsibilities:

- Handle live customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a qualified and timely manner.
- Provide pre-sales assistance by helping customers choose the right software products and subscriptions.
- Assist customers with software installation, activation, licensing, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, warranty, and account issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through accurate and timely resolutions.
- Record customer interactions and update support tickets as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe, and other software products offered by the company.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Customer Success.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and technical aptitude are welcome to apply.




- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions via email, chat, and phone.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new software products.
- Candidates residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, or nearby Tricity areas willing to work from Mohali office will be preferred.
