Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Hands-on experience with:

- Zip (preferred)
- Levelpath (preferred)
- Ariba (secondary skill)
- Coupa (secondary skill)

Minimum 34 years of hands-on experience with Zip and/or Levelpath is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of:

- Intake Management
- Orchestration
- Procurement
- PR/PO processes
- Invoicing
- End-to-end S2P/P2P workflows Implementation Experience (Mandatory)

Candidates must demonstrate:

- End-to-end implementation experience in procurement platforms.
- Exposure to implementation strategy, stakeholder management, data migration, integrations and business process alignment.
- Support-only profiles are unlikely to be considered.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integrations will be advantageous.

- Business Analysis experience.

- Jira and Confluence knowledge.

- Role Expectations
- This is primarily a procurement implementation-focused role, with approximately:
- 75% focus on S2P/P2P platform expertise and implementation activities.
- 25% focus on Business Analysis / Scrum-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, configuration support, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities across S2P and P2P solutions, including S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba, Coupa, ZIP, Levelpath, and related procurement technology platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs across intake, sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoice processing,



approvals, integrations, reporting, and compliance.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, process flows, and release documentation.
- Support implementation and enhancement initiatives for contemporary procurement tools, including intake-to-procure orchestration, supplier lifecycle management, sourcing, contract management, purchasing, invoicing, and ERP integration use cases.
- Apply hands-on understanding of S/4HANA S2P and P2P processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, service entry, invoice processing, vendor master, account assignment, approvals, and integration touchpoints with finance and procurement systems.
- Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, impediment tracking, and delivery governance.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and ensure sprint commitments are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
- Coordinate UAT, defect triage, release readiness, change management, stakeholder communications, and operational handover.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, automate manual work, strengthen system controls, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills





- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise procurement, finance, or source-to-pay technology platforms.
- Strong functional expertise in procurement technology and S2P/P2P business processes, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Procurement and one or more platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ZIP, Levelpath, or comparable modern procurement solutions.
- Implementation experience across procurement workstreams such as Intake & Orchestration, Sourcing & Contracts, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Invoicing, and ERP integrations.
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery, including user story writing, acceptance criteria, backlog management, sprint execution, estimation, release planning, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder demos.
- Prior experience acting as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead is strongly preferred.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams, facilitate workshops, document current and future-state processes, analyze complex problems, and recommend scalable, practical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Integration teams, external vendors, and implementation partners.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Agile/Scrum certification and SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or procurement technology certifications are a plus.
