Store Executive / Store Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts teams for inward and outward stock movements.
- Maintain all store-related documentation, including GRNs, issue slips, and stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and wastage through effective monitoring.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Store Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage.
- 25 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality, construction, retail, or real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management practices and stock control.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a problem-solving mindset.
