Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct credit appraisals for various loan products, including mortgages, personal loans, and business loans.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to loan processing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in bank audit or credit appraisal role.
- Robust understanding of banking regulations and industry standards (e.g., RBI guidelines).
- Proficiency in conducting thorough financial analysis and evaluating creditworthiness of borrowers.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
