As a Tele-Collections Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring effective communication with clients to recover outstanding debts. Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone to discuss overdue payments and establish viable payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions with clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to strategize and improve debt recovery processes.
- Identify potential risks and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during all interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets while upholding the company standards.

Skills Required:





- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Languages Required:

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

Required Qualifications:

- Any Undergraduate or Graduates are eligible to apply.
