Job Summary
MedPlus Pharmacy is seeking energetic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to support daily pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage inventory, maintain store standards, and support pharmacists in delivering quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
- Support pharmacists in dispensing medicines as per company procedures.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Check product expiry dates and remove expired products from shelves.
- Receive, arrange, and replenish inventory regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with product information and healthcare needs.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
