Role Overview

This role is ideal for candidates from Service Advisor, Bodyshop Advisor, Warranty Claims, or Automobile Workshop backgrounds who have experience handling customer vehicles, repair coordination, and insurance-related activities.

As a Motor Claims Executive, you will be responsible for managing vehicle insurance claims from claim intimation till settlement. The role involves coordinating with customers, garages, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and quick claim processing. You will review repair estimates, assess vehicle damage through photos/documents, guide customers on claim procedures, and support them throughout the repair and settlement journey.

The role requires solid customer handling skills, basic automobile technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with workshops and claim stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle motor insurance claim cases from start to closure
- Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors, and internal teams




- Review repair estimates, vehicle damage photos, and documents
- Support customers with claim-related queries and updates
- Follow up for pending documents and claim approvals
- Ensure smooth and timely claim settlement process
- Promote network garage benefits and better customer experience

Eligibility

- 1 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Basic understanding of automobile repairs and insurance claims

- Basic computer knowledge

Work Details

- Work Location: Silk Board, Bangalore
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days working
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
