Influencer Marketing Specialist (US Market)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM | Monday Saturday

Role Summary:

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow our brand presence in the US market through organic social media, influencer collaborations, UGC creators, and affiliate marketing. You'll be responsible for identifying the right creators, building long-term partnerships, and driving brand awareness and revenue through creator-led marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the brand's social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage US-based influencers and UGC creators through gifting, paid collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
- Manage Amazon Creator Connections by collaborating with creators to produce shoppable content for our Amazon listings.
- Build, launch, and scale affiliate programs using platforms such as LTK and Amazon Associates.
- Track influencer performance, engagement metrics, affiliate revenue, and overall campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:





- 2–4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing for a US-focused D2C brand.
- Solid understanding of influencer outreach, creator relationship management, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience working with US-based influencers and creators.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results.

Nice to Have:

- Existing network of US influencers and creators.
- Experience with Amazon Creator Connections, Amazon Influencer Program, or Amazon Associates.
- Experience in the home dcor, lifestyle, fashion, or eCommerce industry.
